COMMUNIQUÉ: QUARTERLY STATISTICAL REPORT

Companies in the aquatic sector are informed that, regarding the quarterly statistical report, it must be sent to the email address estadistica@inea.gob.ve, as established in the Law of Marinas and Related Activities (Official Gazette No. 6,153 Extraordinary, dated November 18, 2014), in the following articles:

Article	Entity	Requirements and Information to be Submitted
Article 241	Shipping companies, shipping agencies, cargo consolidation companies, cargo operating and brokerage companies, and multimodal transport operating companies	shall submit to the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA), within the first ten (10) days of each quarter, a report containing: amount of cargo moved, class, itemized freight value, port of loading, and port of destination.
Article 242	Certification companies	They shall submit to the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA), within the first ten (10) days of each quarter, a report containing: type of vessel certified, gross tonnage, itemized rate applied, and the name of the shipowner, owner, or agent.
Article 243	Ship brokerage companies	They shall submit to the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA), within the first ten (10) days of each quarter, a report containing: type of vessel chartered, gross tonnage, itemized freight value, name of the charterer, and name of the shipowner.
