1. Identity Card.
2. Sharp photograph High-resolution, red background, formal attire (shoulders and face visible, updated no more than six months ago, neutral facial expression, no designs or shapes in the beard for men, and no low-cut necklines for women, no photomontages). It must be attached in the SEAFARER FILE section.
3. In the case of a copy due to loss, theft, or robbery, if the user does not have a record of the document in the SINEA, they must scan a PDF copy of the Electro-technical Rating Certificate of Proficiency with a manual signature if available; otherwise, they must upload a report filed with the competent judicial authority. In the case of a copy due to damage or deterioration, scan and submit the affected Certificate or an explanatory letter of the events that occurred.
4. Electro-Technical Rating Certificate of Proficiency. It must be attached in the EXPEDIENTE DE MARINO section, under the CERTIFICADOS tab.
5. Payment for the document issuance fee, to the Banesco Bank current account, in the name of INEA, 0134-1099-2200-0100-0780, RIF G-20002141-1, in accordance with the amounts indicated in the TABLA DE PAGO DE TRÁMITES DE GENTE DE MAR according to Article 59, Item 12. (located next to TIPO DE SOLICITUD). This Table will be updated at the DICOM rate every Monday at noon.
   . *The date of the payment made must correspond to the date of the application and has three months of validity once it is made*.
6. The INEA payment settlement form will be uploaded to each user’s “SEAFARER FILE,” under the “REMARKS” tab, by the Seafarer Management personnel once the payment has been confirmed.
